Instructions

  1. Grease the bundt pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Slowly and carefully stir in the oil and orange juice and add the orange peel. Mix the flour and baking powder, sift over and stir in.
  3. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the bundt pan. Mix the remaining dough with cocoa and rum and pour onto the light dough. Using a fork, stir a pattern into the dough in a spiral.
  4. Bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 1 hour (stick test).
