• 1 can peach (s), 850 g
• 6 large chocolate kisses
• 250 g quark, 40% fat
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 300 g cream

Instructions

1. Drain the peaches and cut into small cubes. Remove the waffle bases from the chocolate kisses.
2. Put the foam mixture from the chocolate kisses with the quark in a bowl, add the vanilla sugar and stir. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark cream. Fold in two thirds of the peach cubes as well.
3. Divide the cream into four bowls or glasses and serve with the remaining peach pieces and waffle base pieces.
