Instructions

  1. Mix 125 ml of the vegetable milk with the remaining ingredients in a blender to a smooth mass. Put together with the rest of the vegetable milk in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Keep stirring with the whisk. As soon as the pudding has thickened, remove it from the heat and divide it into 2 bowls or glasses.
