Stir the cream quark in a bowl until smooth. Mix the chocolate pudding powder with the sugar and some milk, heat the remaining milk, stir in the powder and cook a pudding. Let the pudding cool and pull it into the quark. Sweeten with sugar to taste, refine with a little cream and fold in small pear cubes.
Fill into four decorative glasses or bowls and let them cool well in the refrigerator. Garnish with pear pieces, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
