Instructions
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast them in a pan without fat until they start to smell. Set aside half of the hazelnuts for the topping.
- Put all the cereal ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Fill into two jars with screw caps and leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve the next morning with pear wedges, pomegranate seeds and the remaining hazelnuts.
