Instructions

  1. Grate the chocolate. Crumble the ladyfingers and cookies.
  2. Melt the butter, mix it with the crumbs and 50 g of the grated chocolate and press the mixture onto the bottom of a springform pan. Mix the Philadelphia with the yogurt and cocoa powder. Soak the gelatine in cold water, then squeeze it out. Heat with 150 ml of water and the sugar until it has dissolved. Stir quickly into the cream. Pour the cream into the springform pan and refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours.
  3. Garnish with the remaining chocolate shavings before serving.
