Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or a tall measuring cup and puree. If it gets too dry, add a little water or plant-based milk, but not too much, the dough is quite sticky when unbaked.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, put the dough in a small baking dish 22 x 17 cm and bake for about 15 minutes. Then cut into bars.
