Put the soy milk and cocoa powder in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the cocoa is completely dissolved. Add sweetener to taste. Add cinnamon, cardamom or clove powder if you like. Stir in the locust bean gum and bring to the boil while stirring.
Fill into bowls and let cool.
Sometimes I add chopped pickled ginger, it`s also super delicious.
