Instructions

  1. Crumble the chocolate and let it melt in 700 ml milk over medium heat. Scatter sugar and cocoa powder and bring to the boil. Mix the cornstarch with 50 ml milk and a pinch of salt and add to the pudding. Simmer for 1 minute and immediately remove the pot from the stove. Pour the pudding into molds or bowls and allow to cool.
  2. If you want, you can whip 200 g of cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff. Pour the pudding into molds or bowls and allow to cool. A little whipped cream, garnished with brittle crumble, rounds off the whole thing.
  3. At least you know what`s in the pudding. It`s just delicious and not so sweet.
