• 1 tablespoon coffee powder, soluble
• 2 tablespoon rum
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, sweetened
• 5 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon honey
• possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package. Sweeten with honey instead of sugar. Line small pudding molds with the amarettini. Prepare a mixture from rum, coffee powder, cocoa and water. Drizzle these over the biscuits. Pour the pudding over it and let it set. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles if desired.
