Roll out the puff pastry and cut into approx. 12 triangles. Then brush with Nutella and roll up from the long side towards the tip into croissants, press the ends a little, place them crosswise in the middle and form pretzels.
Place the pretzels on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with milk and sprinkle with the cane sugar.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (180 degrees convection) on the middle rack for about 20-25 minutes.
