Instructions

  1. Slit the vanilla pods lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Heat the milk, sugar, vanilla pods, vanilla pulp and water in a saucepan. Roughly chop the chocolate, add and melt over medium heat and stir well. Add the amaretto and remove the vanilla pods.
  2. Pour the hot punch into glasses, garnish with a cherry on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
