- Bring 450 ml of milk and salt to a boil.
- When the milk boils, turn off the stove and add the semolina and stir well.
- Mix the 50ml previously removed from the milk in a bowl with the sweetener and pudding powder and immediately add to the semolina.
- Mix well and allow to swell, stirring occasionally.
- Let cool down.
- Separate the eggs while doing this.
- Stir the egg yolks until foamy and stir into the slightly cooled semolina porridge.
- Beat the egg white steadily and carefully fold it into the semolina.
