Instructions

  1. You need 5 balloons (water bombs). First you blow up the balloons and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Now the chocolate is melted in a water bath until it is creamy and there are no more pieces.
  2. The balloons are now dipped into the chocolate with the round side down, turned a little and tilted so that the chocolate is well distributed and has a nice shape. You do this with all the balloons and place them on the baking sheet. This is now placed in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. This process is repeated twice. When the chocolate is solid again, pop the balloon in the chocolate shell and take out the rest.
  4. Now you can fill the chocolate bowl with ice cream, fruit, mousse or other things and serve (the bowl is of course also eaten).
