Instructions

  1. Knead 160 g icing sugar, hazelnuts, melted chocolate, 1 whole egg and 1 yolk to form a dough. Beat the egg white to a very firm snow and stir in 100 g of icing sugar vigorously.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm, spread thinly with the snow and icing sugar cream and cut out approx. 8 mm x 40 mm sticks, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 12 minutes until golden.
