Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Melt the couvertures separately in a water bath.
Put the light couverture in a freezer bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag.
Pour the dark couverture into a small bowl and quickly dip the strawberries, drain them and let them dry on baking paper. Now draw a pattern over the strawberries with the white couverture. Let the strawberries dry and enjoy!
