Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the greens. Then push four strawberries of roughly the same size onto a wooden skewer and set them aside for the time being.
  2. Now put the chocolate (depending on your taste: whole milk, white chocolate or dark chocolate) in a saucepan and heat it at a low temperature.
  3. As soon as the chocolate has melted completely, cover a large board with baking paper and pull out the strawberry skewers. Use a spoon to pour the chocolate over the strawberries and turn the skewer so that the chocolate flows evenly.
  4. As soon as the strawberry skewers are covered with chocolate, place them on the board and place in the fridge and let everything cool down. The skewers should always be stored in a cool place, otherwise the chocolate will melt.
