- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Bring the cream to the boil briefly with butter, sugar, salt and orange peel. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- While the chocolate mass is cooling, roll out the marzipan thinly and line the prepared sponge base with it.
- Now stir 50 ml of milk into the cooled chocolate mass and distribute it on the floor.
- Let set in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then dust with cocoa powder and serve.
