Chocolate tarts are fantastically delicious homemade baked goods. Do not be afraid of the non-Russian name – the tart is very easy to prepare. And how delicious it turns out – words cannot convey!
Grind the butter with flour to the state of large lumps (no need for crumbs).
Add one whipped yolk to the mixture and quickly knead the dough.
Now we do this. We take a baking dish, lightly grease with butter. Pinch off small balls from the dough and cover the whole bottom of the baking dish with them. We also form the sides – about 3 cm in height. Put the baking dish with the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, we are busy with the filling. Put cream, chocolate broken into pieces and a little butter in a saucepan. We put on a slow fire and melt.
In another bowl, beat two eggs lightly (with a fork).
Pour the beaten eggs into the creamy mass. We warm up, stirring constantly so that the eggs do not curl.
We take out the slightly hardened dough from the refrigerator, put it in the oven for 10 minutes (at 200 degrees). Then we take out and pour the resulting filling onto it.
Bake the tart with filling for another 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Then we take it out, cool it completely (it will take about 30 minutes), cut it and serve it with good coffee. Enjoy!
