Prepare the food you need.
Melt the dark chocolate in a steam bath.
Heat the cream, but do not bring it to a boil. Add cream to melted chocolate and stir.
Add butter. Stir until smooth.
Finely chop half of the sesame roasted nuts. Add sesame seeds to the chocolate mass.
Grind the remaining toasted nuts into the flour with a coffee grinder and also add to the chocolate mass. Stir.
Cover the form with parchment paper. Put the resulting mass in a mold in an even layer about 8-9 mm thick.
Put the chocolate mass in the refrigerator to freeze for 2 hours. Then cut into portions.
Melt the dark chocolate in a steam bath. Pour melted chocolate over each candy and garnish with almonds.
Place the candies in the refrigerator to set.
