Knead all the dough ingredients together, which is very tedious at first due to the high amount of starch, but it is worth it.
Shape the dough into small balls and press a hazelnut into the middle of each. Place the cookies spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (they will come apart a little) and bake at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool well after baking, otherwise they will break apart immediately.
