Instructions

  1. First, for the dough, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk with a pinch of sugar.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar and mix well. Then add the yeast milk. Add the butter in pieces and work everything into a smooth dough with the dough hook. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  3. Meanwhile, for the filling, beat the butter with sugar until frothy, stir in the cocoa, Nutella and rum so that a soft mixture is formed.
  4. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle of approx. 30 x 60 cm and brush with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Roll up from the long side and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices.
  6. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten them slightly. Let rise for another 15 minutes.
  7. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. You can easily replace the rum with water or milk !!
