Instructions

  1. First season the minced meat to taste. I season it with salt, pepper and mustard. To do this, I cut an onion into small pieces and mix it with the egg in the mince. You can add half a handful of breadcrumbs to bind with it. Knead everything well.
  2. Season the chops with salt and pepper, then brush with mustard. You can also use other spices that you like best. Place the chops in a baking dish and distribute the minced meat evenly over the top. Then the bacon comes on top of the hack. Set the meat mixture aside for now.
  3. Now cut the other onion into small pieces and sauté with the garlic. Stir in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, toast briefly and deglaze with 200 ml of sweet cream. Add 2 tablespoon sour cream. Now come the spices; I like it very simple and only season with salt, pepper and sugar. Of course, you can also use other spices. Bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Pour the tomato and cream sauce over the meat. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. The meat must cook at 180 - 200 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 1.5 - 2 hours. Take off the foil 15 minutes before the end so that the meat gets some color. You can also bake the meat bomb with cheese, then the cheese should now be placed on it.
  5. You can also eat croquettes or French fries. A very tasty hearty meal.
