Instructions

  1. For the mince, puree 1/3 of the drained mushrooms (catch some mushroom water) with the food processor or cut into very small pieces.
  2. Make the minced meat from the minced meat, egg, soaked and squeezed bun, baking powder (for looseness), herbs, spices and the mushroom mixture. Place on a greased tray or in a flat baking dish and smooth out. Spread the remaining mushrooms on the minced meat.
  3. Make a sauce from sour cream, creme fraiche, spices and a little mushroom water. Spread on the mushrooms, sprinkle the cheese on top and then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  4. This recipe leaves a lot of space for variations, e.g. you can put thinly sliced onion rings on the mushrooms, or add fried ham cubes to the minced meat. The imagination knows no limits.
