Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and pour boiling water over it until it is completely covered. Make everything crumbly with a fork.
  2. Cut the onions into small pieces and let them turn translucent in the hot fat. Add the flour. When the roux starts to brown, add the minced meat. If necessary, add a little more hot water. Add the ketchup until the sauce has turned a very light brown color. Then season the meat sauce with granulated broth, salt and pepper. Simmer openly for about 15 minutes and season again to taste.
