Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix the mince with the Italian herbs, the chilli and paprika powder as well as the salt and pepper. Shape them into small dumplings or press apart with a fork in the hot oil and fry.
  2. Now peel the carrots, cut them into slices (not too big) and add them. Now peel the onions and the clove of garlic. Rub the mushrooms with paper towels or clean the larger ones. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends, chop everything up (finely chop the clove of garlic) and add to the high pan or saucepan one after the other in this order and fry a little too.
  3. Now simply pour the powder for onion sauce over it, add 1/4 liter of water, bring to the boil and simmer for another 7-10 minutes. If necessary, thicken the speck with a brown sauce thickener, season with the chilli powder, salt and pepper and season to taste and finally sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley or use as a decoration.
  4. Boiled potatoes are ideal as an addition. Homemade mashed potatoes would also be very tasty.
