Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Cut the tofu into strips and fry in them. Cut the onion into thin slices and fry with it. When everything has turned some color, add the finely chopped clove of garlic. Then put the sliced mushrooms in the pan, season everything with salt and pepper. Let it fry briefly, then add the cream cheese and let it melt. If you like, you can sprinkle parsley on top.
