Soak the stale rolls in water, squeeze them out and knead into a dough with the minced meat, spice mixture, ham, diced onions and 2 eggs.
Grease a springform pan, line the base and edge with puff pastry. Pour in the minced meat and cover with puff pastry. Brush with a little egg yolk and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Grate the apple, cucumber and an onion with a grater, add the mayonnaise and season the sauce with pepper, salt and cucumber water.
