Cut the white cabbage into large cubes and wash, drain well. Dice the onion.
Heat the oil in a coated wok pan and sauté the onion in it. Add white cabbage and fry for about 10 minutes, turning regularly. Then fold in the minced meat in crumbs and mix well. When the minced meat is done, add a little salt (a little) and pepper, pour in the vegetable stock and wine and mix with 2 wooden spoons. Simmer for approx. 2 minutes with the lid closed over medium heat. Add the yoghurt and let it simmer with the lid closed, swirling several times. Then season with herbs and spices to taste.
We don`t eat a side dish, but it goes very well with non-low-carb rice or fresh baguettes.
