You need 3 sticks that are big and long enough that you can wrap the minced meat around them, similar to stick bread.
Season the minced meat as you like, then carefully wrap 1/3 of it around the stick and press down firmly. It helps to first form balls out of the hack and stick them on the stick. To prevent the stick from catching fire, you can wrap it with aluminum foil.
Grill the chopping stick over an open fire, turning it constantly and pouring beer over it if necessary.
The chopping stick is ready when the meat that has not come off the stick is roasted golden brown.
