Use a baking pan large enough to hold all of the chops side by side. Buttering out. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. Line the baking pan with the apple slices. The six apples should be enough for two to three layers. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Salt and pepper the chops. Fry vigorously on both sides in butter and vegetable oil for two to three minutes. Place the chops on the apple slices. Pour off the frying fat, deglaze with white wine, loosen the frying set and reduce by half.
Mix the mustard in the cream, season with salt and pepper, mix with the reduced frying stock and pour everything over the chops. Make sure that the sauce also goes through to the apples.
Bake in the oven for another 20 minutes at an unchanged 200 degrees.
