Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onions. Lightly brown the diced onions in the heated oil over high heat while stirring. Add the sugar and let everything caramelize briefly.
  2. Deglaze with 150 ml water and cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes (the onions should then be soft). Finally, season the sauce with vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
  3. Total 4.5 points, with 4 servings per serving 1 point.
