Instructions

  1. Mix 250 g couscous with the vegetable stock. Then cover with boiling water and let it soak.
  2. Chop the chicken breasts and fry them in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry powder and add to the couscous.
  3. Clean the cucumber and peppers, cut into small cubes and add to the salad.
  4. Finely dice the shallot and add it as well.
  5. Tastes warm and cold as a side dish for grilling. Is a low-calorie, low-fat snack.
