Instructions
- Let the boiled eggs cool, peel and cut in half lengthways.
- Remove the egg yolks and finely puree with the liver sausage, mustard, mayonnaise and herbs.
- Season the mixture to taste and possibly stir in a little more mustard or salt and pepper.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill the half eggs with it.
