Instructions

  1. I make this punch for my family every year, it always goes down very well
  2. Put the apple juice in a large saucepan and heat it up. Then peel the apples and grate them finely into the warm apple juice. Add honey, cinnamon and vanilla generously, stirring vigorously. Peel and fillet the oranges and add them to the hot punch.
  3. Add calvados if you like. Now let the whole thing simmer for a while, stirring occasionally. Serve warm. If you want, you can soak the filleted oranges in the calvados overnight.
