Instructions

  1. Season the duck breasts and fry on both sides. Add tomato paste and fry until it is nice and dark. Deglaze with orange juice and red wine and add water. Fry in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove the duck breasts, season the stock to taste and thicken slightly.
