Put the oat milk in a saucepan. Cut the apple into small pieces and place in the saucepan. Gradually stir in the oat flakes as they warm up and stir until a thick paste has formed. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and xucker (birch sugar) as desired.
This oatmeal is very healthy and Christmassy. It fills you up for a long time and lowers your blood sugar level. It has a low GI and a low GL which makes it suitable even in moderation for LoGi and Glyx, although it is not low carb.
