Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Mix Hermann dough, eggs, baking soda, sugar, flour, oil, gingerbread spice, and chocolate droplets together in a bowl until well combined.
3. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan.
4. Bake for 45 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and let cool.
6. Sprinkle icing sugar over the top.
