Put the freshly squeezed orange juice with the cinnamon and the cloves in a saucepan, bring to the boil briefly and remove from the stove. Add the mulled wine spice and let everything stand for about 3 hours. Then remove the cinnamon, cloves and mulled wine spices again.
Add the preserving sugar to the orange juice, bring to the boil and simmer for about 6-7 minutes. Make a gel test! Immediately pour into clean glasses, close and allow to cool.
