- Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy, stir in the eggs. Then add flour, nuts and cinnamon and knead a soft dough. Chill for one to two hours.
- Roll out and cut out with a round shape, e.g. with a glass. Fill with raspberry jam, fold and press lightly (like ravioli).
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
