Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the chicory, remove the bitter stick and cut into small pieces. Then process all the specified fruits and cut into small pieces.
  2. The lemon juice is poured over it and you can dilute it with water, but this is not absolutely necessary.
  3. Pour honey and / or sugar with the walnut oil over it and also the finely chopped walnuts. The raisins are soaked in the cognac beforehand and also poured over the salad. If children eat with them, you can skip the alcohol or give it one by one over the salad.
