Instructions

  1. Bring water to the boil, pour it over the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. Pour the tea through a sieve into a large saucepan, add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring everything to the boil while stirring over high heat, simmer for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Take the pot off the hob and cover and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Bring to the boil again for 3 minutes, remove from the hob, remove the spices and immediately fill the prepared glasses or bottles to the brim and close tightly.

  3. Mix 500 ml of brandy with 250 ml of hot syrup and let it steep for 1 - 2 days in tightly closed bottles.
