Cook a grits from the strawberries and the pudding powder with a little sugar. Mix the mascarpone, quark and powdered sugar to a cream. Layer in a flat shape like this:
1st layer: strawberry groats
2nd layer: speculoos drizzled with rum
3rd layer: mascarpone cream
Then repeat twice more. Finally decorate with a star stencil and cocoa powder. Chill overnight.
