• 1 packet biscuits (spiced speculoos)
• 400 g strawberries (can also be frozen)
• 500 g mascarpone
• 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 100 g powdered suar
• 1 packet vanilla custard powder
• some rum
• Cocoa powder for dusting
• some sugar

Instructions

1. Cook a grits from the strawberries and the pudding powder with a little sugar. Mix the mascarpone, quark and powdered sugar to a cream. Layer in a flat shape like this:
2. 1st layer: strawberry groats
3. 2nd layer: speculoos drizzled with rum
4. 3rd layer: mascarpone cream
5. Then repeat twice more. Finally decorate with a star stencil and cocoa powder. Chill overnight.
