Mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a slightly larger bowl. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips approx. 5 mm and mix with the mustard mixture. Cut the tomato and eggs into slices. Drain the bacon in a pan and place on paper towels.
Cut the ciabatta lengthways. Cover the bottom with the iceberg lettuce. Spread the turkey ham loosely on top. Place the egg and tomato slices on top, followed by the crispy bacon. Drizzle with some ketchup and place the top on top.
Cut in the middle and serve or eat straight away. Or you share it several times for a buffet.
