Instructions

  1. Heat the rum with the raisins and let stand until the raisins are soft and soaked. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Pour the lemon juice over it.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and add the apples with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Brown everything, turning carefully, until the sugar caramelizes slightly. Then add the almonds and raisins, season with cinnamon and serve.
  3. Vanilla sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream go well with this dessert.
