Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Stir in cinnamon, cocoa powder, baking powder and gingerbread spice.
  2. Gradually stir in the flour until you get a rollable dough. You may not need the full 500g for this.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface approx. 0.5 cm thick and cut out cookies. Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 190 ° C for about 8-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
  4. Let the biscuits cool down, then coat with a glaze of powdered sugar and punch. Decorate with sugar pearls or something similar if you like.
  5. When it comes to spices (gingerbread, cinnamon and cocoa), the teaspoons can be heaped slightly depending on your preferences!
