- Bring the milk, cream and cinnamon stick to the boil in a saucepan. Take off the stove and let it stand for a while.
- Mix the egg yolks with the cornstarch and sugar, add to the milk and heat while stirring until the cream thickens.
- Divide the blueberries between 4 glasses. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the cream on the blueberries. Serve dusted with a little cinnamon powder.
