Stir the QimiQ with the hand mixer until smooth. Then add low-fat quark, honey, cinnamon, rum or rum flavor. Keep stirring briefly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Chill the resulting cream.
In the meantime, clean or peel fruit according to season and choice and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Before eating, cut off the dumplings and serve garnished with the fruit.
Fine cream that is quick and easy to prepare for dessert and is therefore also suitable for beginners, those who don`t cook or those in a hurry.
Tip: If necessary, dust with cinnamon for decoration.
Possible variations: Fry the bananas in butter and serve with the cream. Puree the raspberries, add powdered sugar and serve this sauce with the cream. Scatter toasted almond flakes over the cream. You can also use plum compote instead of fruit.
