Instructions

  1. Place the oat flakes with the milk and cinnamon in a small saucepan and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the porridge has the right consistency.
  2. If you like it sweet, you can also add some sweetener.
  3. In the US, mashed bananas are placed on top of the porridge for serving. Half a banana is enough for a serving of porridge.
