Line a baking sheet (20 x 30cm) with baking paper, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the eggs until frothy. Stir in butter. Add flour, milk, 250 g sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and baking powder and stir to form a smooth dough.
Pour half of the dough into the mold and smooth it out.
Mix the rest of the sugar with the rest of the cinnamon. Sprinkle two thirds of it on the dough. Pour the second half of the batter over it and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. After cooling, cut into 20 sections.
